Orders will be processed within 24 hours.
Once your credit card purchase has been cleared you will be emailed the access codes to download your purchase, this is usually within 12 hours
For download orders you will be emailed access codes to download your purchased program/s.
CD orders will be Air Mailed. Please allow 14 days delivery for Air Mailed orders for the US and Far East, For Europe delivery time will be aproximately 7 days.
Courier service (UPS,DHL,FEDEX etc) deliveries are usually 3 business days for the US
