We think we may have solved the problem
with our Mud Engineer program on this computer. This computer
has had a version of Jack Hamiltons software, and your software
and Jacks software may be incompatible on the same machine.
ME 2.1 is superior in appearance and functions our inventory
now requires more materials. Currently, we have decided to
remove Jack Hamiltons software from this computer so that we
can re-install & re-register
the Drillingsoftware program.
Please reset your database with our email to proceed with this
re-installation.

My first reaction was WOW! Very seldom do you get more than you
ask for and usually it is less. I know you can't cater to every
individual's needs and your no nonsense approach deserves recognition.

We have been assessing drilling programs ranging form Landmark's
DIMS to PASSON etc... there service sucks, I must admit it has
been a pure pleasure working with you and your service is second
to none!
The fact you are a drilling hand helps out a whole bunch as you "know" what
it is that we need on a daily basis. We will continue to use your
software, and thanks again for your incredable support.

Thanks the downloads and replacements of newer
versions worked fine. Downloaded all and Flanges and Tubulars are
now operating in good shape. I suspect BHA Design will be OK now
too when my intermittent internet connection allows me to connect

I use your software a lot as I am now
traveling around teaching for the company, I find it extremely
easy to use, it is good because you have actual graphics, if
you have any other programs that you would think would be good
as training aids, I would be interested in them.

I lost both my computers due to weather related
disasters and would like to know if you could tell me which programs
I have purchased from DrillingSoftware so that maybe I could replace
them.
We'll set up a disaster recovery download for you the download
will be the latest versions in each of the programs so that you
will be up to date.

I have visited this web
site several times and wondered just how good these Excel programs
are, lets face it everybody and their dog knows how to program
in Excel and there is a lot of utter crap available to download
for free or to purchase. I have to admit I was impressed with
the on-line demo's and finally broke down and took a chance. (bought
the packer and submersible pump program), All I can say now is
that I didn't realize from the demo just how sophisticated yet
easy to use these programs are and the fact that it has saved
me a lot of time and money producing my final well reports has
made the program pay for it's self. I also like and recommend to
anyone your response when I asked for it. Good stuff keep the programs
coming

I have repeatedly used the tbg tally
program and have found it very helpful.I believe I have one of
the early versions on my laptop and in my recent hard drive crash
lost the program on my desk top computer.Would you be kind enough
to send me the entire program to down load to my desk top computer?This
time I,ll save it on a floppy to prevent future losses during one
of my self inflicted computer problems.
I just came away from drilling a well where I had a lot of time
to work with my laptop.I spent quite a bit of time with the "Easy
Hydraulics" program and have found it to be a very useful
tool.In fact I was comparing it to "Reed Tool Co,s" free
program (Windows based,on CD ) and even the Reed bit peddler commented
how easy your program is to use verses theirs.Thanks and keep up
the good work.

Let me start by saying
I am very impressed by your site, your company and your products.
I ordered DrilPro 2000 last week (on a Wednesday) and by Friday
it had been delivered to my office. My order had been received,
processed and shipped in the time it takes most companies to acknowledge
receipt of an order. The order was received well packaged and I
had programs on the CD up and running in minutes. The program is
better than expected I'm impressed.
As a result I will be placing an additional order today for more
programs in the series. Congratulations on a job well done, I will
be passing the information on to other consultants

I'd just like to put a word in here, about the things I like.
When you call these folks with a question about their products
you get a human responce instead of the crap that comes from an
autoresponce. It's nice to know that you know it's us humans out
here that buy this stuff and not some dumb mailbox. Keep it up

I tried the Easy Hydraulics program today. I showed it to a coworker
of mine who is an old hand in the oilfield. We both felt that it
was a very nice program for the application for which it was written.
However, I work in the horizontal directional drilling industry
(river crossings). The geometry of the bore is quite different
from what one finds in the oilfield, as our bit always exits the
ground to hit the target. It is not uncommon for us to drill 1000
meters out and 300 meters above the elevation of the drilling rig.
Unfortunately, the Easy Hydraulics program does not permit me to
define a hole geometry like that. If it did, it would be very useful
for me. I do however like the no-nonsense approach of the program.
