Affiliate Agreement
Drillingsoftware LLC (Licensor) Grants to the Affiliate (Agent)
Licensor Grant. Subject to and expressly conditioned upon compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Drillingsoftware LLC hereby grants to (Agent) non-exclusive, non-transferable, Affiliate right to market solely from links on the [Affiliates Web Site]. Software programs developed by Drillingsoftware LLC in conjunction with the Drillingsoftware Internet Site
Term, Termination. This Agreement and the license hereunder are effective from the Effective Date. This Agreement shall have an initial term of one (1) year and shall thereafter renew automatically for additional one (1) year terms. Affiliate may cancel this Agreement at any time by removing the link from the affiliates web site
Commission, which will be paid at the end of each quarter as shown in Exhibit A

Affiliates commission
The Affiliates commission on sales will be as follows. Per total Sales
per 3 month period;
$100 - $1000 8%, $1001 - $2000 12%, $2001 - $4000 15%, $4000 - plus 20%
